Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Drink Preparation Professional to join our team. As a Drink Preparation Professional, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks and serving food that meets our high standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food preparation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves:
- Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
- Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
- Checking if brewing equipment operates properly and reporting any maintenance needs
- Representing Compass UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
