PR Executive Job Description

Zoho UK is seeking a skilled PR Executive to support our growing awareness in the UK and Europe. As a key member of our PR team, you will work closely with the Head of UK & European PR to drive campaigns that attract media attention and drive media coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the European PR lead in driving a strategic PR and communications programme that supports Zoho's business goals in the region.
  • Work with PR agencies to ensure they are equipped with the right information to help them drive success, reviewing their content, and monitoring their progress against goals.
  • Write engaging media content, including blogs, comments, articles, and press releases.
  • Research new publications and channels to help drive wider media reach.
  • Assist with the analysis and monitoring of campaigns to determine success.
  • Assist with management of media interviews and attendance at Zoho or other industry events.
  • Assist with the development of creative ideas to enhance PR campaigns.
  • Manage and organise projects effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of PR or related experience, preferably with a technology or software company.
  • Excellent proven writing skills across a range of types of content.
  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions that are efficient and effective.
  • A self-motivated go-getter who is happy to be managed remotely in order to achieve goals.
  • Native fluency in English.
