Lead Our Financial Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at FCDO Services. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our financial management and control, business planning and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of around 80 professionals from within our business services function.
  • Ensure our statutory accounts are completed on time and in accordance with the necessary requirements.
  • Oversee all aspects of our financial management and control, business planning and performance.
  • Build highly effective international finance, supply chain and internal transactional functions.
  • Deliver strategic finance projects and work to transform our finance and supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Recognised accountancy qualification.
  • Track record of leading financial management at a strategic and operational level with an international organisation of similar scale and complexity to ours.
  • Experience of risk management and good political acumen.
  • Ability to make a positive personal impact and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Inspirational and transformational leadership skills.
