Job Opportunity: Chief Financial Officer

Pluxee, a global player in employee benefits and engagement, is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead its UK finance team. With a presence in 31 countries, Pluxee helps companies attract, engage, and retain talent through a range of solutions.

As a trusted partner in a highly interconnected B2B2C ecosystem, Pluxee operates with leading technology and a team of over 5,000 engaged members. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of financial accounting, treasury, financial controlling, budgeting, and financial planning for Pluxee UK.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive sustainable and profitable growth in a dynamic market.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to make strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage the finance team, ensuring effective financial controls and processes are in place.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a CFO position, preferably in a matrix structure company.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Experience from an international environment/company programs.
  • English language proficiency (bilingual or native).
