Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our local team of high-performing professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in guiding our finance teams and driving sustainable and profitable growth in a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of financial accounting, treasury, financial controlling, budgeting, and financial planning for Pluxee UK.
  • Oversee the daily running of the finance team, review cash flows, financial statements, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with group reporting and local statutory requirements for treasury, tax, legal, insurance, and other related administrative activities.
  • Monitor and supervise period-end closure procedures for ledgers and reporting, including tax planning and reporting according to IFRS – IAS and other administrative procedures and standards.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with banks and financial institutions, working closely with the Group Treasury and Financing department.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of cash flow, analytical balance sheet, fund flow, and other financial tables.
  • Follow up on government incentive processes and regulatory requirements in close cooperation with the Group legal department and legal advisors.
  • Provide effective financial controls for the organization and assist other departments in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Contribute to the protection of company assets and participate in the Finext Program (Group finance transformation plan).
  • Build an effective and engaged Finance organization with the right skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • ~15+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • English language (bilingual or native).
  • Treasury Operations Management (Proficient).
  • Financial Acumen (Proficient).
  • Financial Reporting (Proficient).
  • Legal and regulatory expertise (Proficient).
