Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our local team in the UK. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of financial accounting, treasury, financial controlling, budgeting, and financial planning for Pluxee UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and comply with group guidance, processes, and requirements in all aspects of the job and related duties.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, treasury, financial controlling, budgeting, and financial planning for Pluxee UK.
  • Manage the daily running of the finance team, review cash flows, financial statements, and reports.
  • Prepare and analyze financial data to appraise operating results, profitability, and performance against budget.
  • Develop and implement effective financial controls for the organization and assist other departments in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Participate in the Finext Program (Group finance transformation plan) and contribute to the protection of company assets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors and partners.
  • Build an effective and engaged Finance organization with the right skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a CFO position, preferably in a matrix structure company.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Experience from an international environment/company programs.
  • English language (bilingual or native).
  • Treasury Operations Management (Proficient).
  • Milton Keynes (or London) based.
