Lead Our Financial Team

FCDO Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial team and ensuring the financial management and control of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of around 80 professionals from within our business services function
  • Ensure our statutory accounts are completed on time and in accordance with the necessary requirements
  • Oversee all aspects of our financial management and control, business planning and performance
  • Build highly effective international finance, supply chain and internal transactional functions
  • Deliver strategic finance projects and work to transform our finance and supply chain management
Requirements

We are looking for a recognised accountancy qualification and a track record of leading financial management at a strategic and operational level with an international organisation of similar scale and complexity to ours. You should have plenty of risk management experience and the ability to make a positive personal impact. Good political acumen and the skills to build long-term relationships with our senior stakeholders are also essential.
