Lead Our Financial Team

FCDO Services is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of around 80 professionals from within our business services function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management and control, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and implement opportunities for business improvement and process optimization

Requirements

  • Recognized accountancy qualification
  • Proven track record of leading financial management at a strategic and operational level with an international organization
  • Experience of risk management and business improvement initiatives
  • Good political acumen and ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
