Associate Director Civil Engineering

Our client, a leading civil and structural design consultancy, is seeking an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to lead a vibrant team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be a Chartered Engineer with a strong track record in business development, highway design, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and contribute to the business plan
  • Develop and grow the infrastructure design capabilities in Bristol
  • Oversee significant projects from conceptual planning to completion
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers
  • Manage client needs and expectations
Requirements:
  • Chartered Engineer (MICE) with a degree in Civil Engineering
  • Strong business development and project management skills
  • Experience in highway design, drainage, and attenuation
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor junior engineers
