About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Integrated Project Team at Leonardo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are minimized.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Leonardo's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making among team members.
  • Develop and implement project metrics, ensuring project performance is measured and reported.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
