**About the Role**


Lancashire Mind is looking for a dedicated and caring professional to join our Housing Team as a Housing Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work with tenants with enduring mental health conditions, living in properties managed by Lancashire Mind.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Manage a caseload of tenants and work with each individual to agree a support plan to enable them to maintain their tenancy and move towards independent living.
  • Build strong working relationships with local services to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting tenants.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with other local services and organisations that provide support services to tenants.
  • Complete and update records of interactions with tenants on our internal database and input data accurately onto monitoring spreadsheets.

**Requirements**



  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish relationships based on trust with different people.
  • IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
