Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at a SEMH school in Chorley. The successful candidate will provide support to key stage 2 and 3 students with social, emotional, mental health and behaviour associated needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide opportunities for students to progress academically, socially and emotionally
• Lead by example as a role model
• Offer guidance and mentoring
• Create a safe environment for learning
• Deal with challenging or disruptive behaviour
• Offer advice and support
Requirements:
• Experience working with students with SEMH needs
• Understanding of individual personalities and needs
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team
Contract Details:
• Type: Temp-Perm
• Full-time
• Minimum rate of pay: £100 per day
• Hours: 8:30 am - 4 pm
