Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a student with complex needs, helping them to access the curriculum and make progress towards their educational goals. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires patience, understanding, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Requirements
  • A minimum of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a school setting.
  • A genuine passion for working with students with SEN and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff.
