Domiciliary Care Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at Blu Havn Care LTD. As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards of care and support while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Person-Centred Care: Plan, direct, and deliver high standards of person-centred care and support, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our service users.
  • CQC Compliance: Ensure our service meets the highest standards of CQC compliance, conducting regular audits and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Safeguarding: Take responsibility for safeguarding the welfare of our service users, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing training, mentoring, and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous management experience within a domiciliary/homecare setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support.
  • CQC Standards: Extensive knowledge of CQC standards and requirements, with the ability to ensure our service meets the highest standards.
  • Leadership: Ability to work independently, manage own workload, and lead a team of care staff.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours as required, due to the nature of the business.
  • Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license.
