Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality customer service and support

  • Collaborating with the aftersales team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery

Requirements:

  • 12 months of experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade industry
  • Desirable: Franchised dealer experience, Kerridge or Pinnacle software knowledge, and full UK driving license

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate up to £16.50 (dependent on experience)
  • Guaranteed 47.5 paid hours per week with overtime available
  • No weekend work unless desired
  • Flexible contracts to suit individual needs
