About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Associate to join our Prime Video team. As a Senior Quality Associate, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality manual reviews of local content policy related workflows, specializing in global marketplaces. You will also be required to document incidents and generate quality reports on audit activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough reviews of video assets to ensure compliance with content policies.
  2. Identify and document non-compliant content, working closely with video editorial teams.
  3. Drive projects that improve support-related functions and processes, leveraging technology and automation.
  4. Contribute to maintaining standard operating procedures by coordinating with Policy, Operations, and Program teams.
  5. Help drive critical decisions by building dashboards/reports, analyzing metrics, and surfacing insights to improve efficiency.
  6. Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments as necessary.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience working in relevant industries such as Trust and Safety Operations, Content Ratings, or Content Classification.
  3. Experience in audit mechanisms.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. German language proficiency equivalent of B2+ level.
  2. Experience with BBFC, FSK ratings, Australia or New Zealand classification.
  3. Experience in researching, analyzing current trends, news, and historical events. Excellent general knowledge and know-how of global political, religious, and socio-cultural topics.
