Senior Quality Associate

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Associate to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality oversight of packaging and labeling processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product launches and commercial activities.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, including deviations, OOS, and OOT investigations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to support Vertex's commercial portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of packaging and labeling processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.

Flex Designation: Hybrid-Eligible Or On-Site Eligible

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
