Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at BSS Swindon branch. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse, providing excellent customer service, and leading a small team of colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse, including the management of stock, inventory, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage the full operation of the branch yard, including the maintenance of good housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
