Job Title: Site Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at Constructive Moves. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, organizing, and supervising site staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control site costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably with curtain walling installations or other relevant disciplines.
  • HND or Degree qualification in a construction or engineering-related discipline.
  • CSCS Managers card and relevant First Aid certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
