Job Title: Site Manager

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for a traditional build project in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintain high-quality standards of workmanship
  • Manage project time-lines and budgets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a number 1 Site Manager for a PLC House Builder
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong understanding of traditional new build housing techniques and NHBC

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management

Working Conditions: This role requires on-site presence and may involve working in varying weather conditions. Travel between different project locations may be required.

Salary: £55,000 - £67,000 per annum
