Job Title: Academy Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Constructive Moves. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions on a busy site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be fully conversant with contract documents, including correspondence.
  • Research, establish, and develop installation method statements and installation programmes.
  • Maintain reporting, record keeping, and project reviews.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience working on construction sites managing curtain walling installations or other relevant disciplines. A HND or Degree qualification in a construction or engineering-related discipline is preferred, along with a CSCS Managers card and relevant First Aid certificate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work without supervision and use your own initiative, are essential.
