We are excited to announce that GSL Education is now recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant in Chelmsford. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for providing support to students with challenging behaviour and working closely with teachers to implement behaviour support plans.

Job Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in teaching or education
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

The salary for this role is around £91,000 per annum.
