About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while managing costs effectively across all project stages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both public and private sector clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring we exceed their expectations.
  • Guide and mentor junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record of managing projects, ideally within a consultancy setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various sectors within Real Estate such as museums, residential, life sciences, infrastructure, and more, with experience in different procurement routes and contract forms.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead projects and guide teams towards successful outcomes.
  • Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with membership in a relevant professional body (RICS or equivalent), is highly desirable.
