Constance Care Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Dunfermline. As a Care Assistant, you will be delivering award-winning care to support local people in their own homes, maintaining their independence, dignity, and self-worth.
Key Responsibilities:- Companionship: Providing friendly faces and preventing loneliness
- Personal Care: Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene and personal care
- Medication: Collecting prescriptions, providing reminders, and administering medication
- Mealtimes: Preparing tasty meals
- Housekeeping: Maintaining clients' homes to their liking
- Mobility: Assisting with getting around
To succeed as a Care Assistant, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, compassionate, and positive attitude at all times
- Responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach
