Job Title: Holiday Cover Cleaning Operative

Location: St Enoch Shopping Centre

Shift Pattern: Various covering dayshift and backshift

Working Hours: 10 hours per week

Pay Rate: £ per hour

Job Overview

As a Holiday Cover Cleaning Operative with ABM, you will be responsible for ensuring that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times. This includes maintaining Health and Safety standards, using equipment correctly, and dealing with customer requests promptly and courteously.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working in a busy shopping centre environment, cleaning food courts, malls, and toilets to maintain high cleaning standards
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness is maintained on a daily basis by completing a range of cleaning activities, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and emptying bins using machinery
  • Assisting in customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility and ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • Good communication skills and previous cleaning experience is preferred
  • Awareness of importance on Health & Safety Policies & procedures
