About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Holiday Cover Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including food courts, malls, toilets, and other public areas.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our clients and their customers by adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is used, cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer requests.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day and night shifts.
  • Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Reliability: Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work with colleagues and clients.
  • Cleaning Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Health and Safety Awareness: Awareness of the importance of health and safety policies and procedures.
