Orthopaedic Scrub/SFA Practitioner

Oaklands Hospital, Salford

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub/SFA Practitioner to join our Theatre department at Oaklands Hospital in Salford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons during operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing surgical scrub services for orthopaedic procedures
  • Assisting surgeons during operations
  • Contributing to a safe and efficient operating environment
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care

Requirements

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • 3 years minimum surgical scrub experience
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
