Training and Development Specialist

At Puratos, we are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our Operations Team. This exciting role is based in Buckingham and involves working on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training matrices covering all necessary skills and knowledge areas within the organisation. They will ensure consistent and comprehensive training for all employees and conduct training sessions for production and warehouse operators focusing on core manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement training matrices ensuring all employees have access to relevant training.
- Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high levels of employee competence.
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain Document Control Systems and Site Training in conjunction with the Compliance Manager.
- Evaluate staff retention of knowledge from training and identify areas for improvement.
We offer an estimated salary of £43,500 per annum, depending on experience.
