Job Title: Female Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting active individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour in their own homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, and medication management.
  • Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour, following detailed support plans to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Provide transportation and accompany individuals on trips and outings.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to deliver person-centred services and achieve individualised goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a support worker role is desirable, although full training will be provided.
  • Ability to follow detailed support plans and work collaboratively with the support team.
  • Enhanced Adult and Child DBS required.
