Job Title: Female Personal Assistant - Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Personal Assistant to join our team at Disability North. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with a child with complex needs, providing personal care and social support.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to the child, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assist with social activities, such as swimming, music, and playtime.
  • Support the child's communication and interaction with others.
  • Work collaboratively with the child's family and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with complex needs, particularly those with Autism and Global Developmental Delay.
  • Ability to provide personal care and support with sensitivity and compassion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full clean UK driving licence (desirable).
