Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer service contacts and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively report and track operational issues impacting customer shipments.
  • Action customer complaints and progress to conclusion.
  • Participate in customer projects and provide administrative support.
  • Manage driver and delivery issues, ensuring correct paperwork and PODs are issued and returned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a busy administration role and dealing with customers.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Able to deal tactfully with a wide variety of people.
  • Strong IT systems experience, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft applications.
