Business Systems Senior Manager

Monotype DACH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Business Systems and Technology to join our team and drive the strategic direction of our business systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business systems management, a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, and proven leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development, implementation, and management of our enterprise business systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Support the business with day-to-day Salesforce functionality and supporting systems.
- Oversee the integration of business systems with other enterprise software to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with the EBS team to ensure integrated systems with Salesforce are not affected.
- Create and maintain technical processes and procedures, handle advanced installations, and troubleshoot issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate data flow between functions such as Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing.
- Manage the licensing and supplier relationship, improve utilization of our software tech stack, providing recommendations for future use and update existing software in collaboration with the EBS team.
- Share knowledge with internal training team and user best practice either in person, remotely or via video recording.
- Provide internal technical support as required.
- Act as liaison between the business and EBS team to ensure projects are prioritized and business owners are up to date on the status of their projects.
- Create ad hoc reports and dashboards as required by Senior stakeholders (including C-Suite).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing business systems, preferably Salesforce, CRM, and Docusign.
- Proven track record of successful system implementations and management.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
