We're looking for a Retail Team Member to join our Cook Shop team in Hove. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a remarkable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Offer product recommendations and provide expert information about our food, as appropriate.
  • Share information with customers on new products, serving suggestions, and garnishes.
  • Be thoughtful and help customers with their shopping, whether it's carrying bags to their car or entertaining children.
  • Use your knowledge to help customers plan menus or advise on catering for occasions.

Remarkable Business

As a Retail Team Member, you'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized shop, ensuring stock is replenished and rotated, and operating the till efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Be able to work 14.5 hours per week, with some weekend and holiday cover as extras.
  • Be over 18 years old due to lone working requirements.
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and contribute to creating a remarkable shop experience.
