We're looking for a Retail Team Member to join our Cook Shop team in Hove. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a remarkable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Offer product recommendations and provide expert information about our food products.
  • Assist with stock management, including replenishing and rotating stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operate the till efficiently and accurately, using in-store computer systems to record sales data.
  • Support the Shop Manager and team members by being an active part of the team and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating the till.
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required.
