Job Overview

Operational Manager

We are excited to partner with a dynamic organisation in their search for an experienced Operational Manager. This position has been created due to the company's ongoing growth, which has led to a range of internal, business-driven operational projects.

As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for leading project management activities, developing and implementing project plans, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance, and performance tracking
  • Provide strategic insights and direction to stakeholders
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams for cohesive project execution
  • Regularly update stakeholders, manage progress reports, and address project lifecycle challenges

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Project Management of internal Operational projects is essential
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
  • Prince2 or other relevant Project Management Certification would be ideal but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
