Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Lobster Smack, a historic pub on Canvey Island. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and working together to create and deliver your vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver your vision
  • Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the General Manager's absence
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or over as the role involves the sale of alcohol
