Residential Support Worker Position in Children's Home

About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker for our Children's Residential Home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality direct care and support to children and young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver daily care and support to residents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, understanding their individual needs and providing tailored support.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of individual care plans, working closely with colleagues and external agencies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience working with young people in EBD settings, with a focus on challenging behaviour, substance misuse, and abuse.
- Proven ability to work flexibly, including weekend and night shifts.
- Relevant professional qualification or NVQ level 3 in Children & Young People, or working towards.
