Executive Chef

About the Role:

Eurest is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead our culinary team at Sainsbury's DC in Greenford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service while guiding and motivating your team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver all contractual terms and ensure seamless client communication.
• Implement company promotions effectively and analyze in-unit costs.
• Monitor and manage GP, ensuring accurate cost and sales records.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure HSE incidents are reported and investigated.
• Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to required standards.
• Process food orders, receive and store deliveries, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure correct machinery and equipment usage and perform general tasks to support food service delivery.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need previous culinary experience and management experience in a similar role, including client management. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional food service and inspiring your team to achieve their best.
