We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Homeless Healthcare Service in Inverness, supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing and promoting care within a variety of settings. You will be based in Inverness but have opportunities to work across the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to provide and promote care within a variety of settings.
- Support clients in a care setting, utilizing excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of clients are met.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Previous experience working with the Drug and Alcohol Service and experience in Mental Health is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- A full driving licence and use of a car for work purposes is essential.
