Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Executive to join our team in Malmesbury. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key account relationships, ensuring customer success and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the customer onboarding process by setting up new partners
  • Lead change projects to improve efficiency and quality of service across the sales cycle
  • Maintain internal processes and documentation across the customer journey

Requirements

  • Experience working in account management or customer success/support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions
  • Confidence with technology and experience maintaining and optimizing a CRM system
  • Excellent written and spoken English and presentation skills

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working model with frequent meetings in Malmesbury
  • 35 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 11:00am-7:00pm, Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Gym membership, birthday vouchers, and holiday allowance increasing with service
