As a Senior Residential Services Officer, you will provide leadership support to our friendly and supportive care team in our long stay CQC registered residential home for adults with learning disabilities. You will work alongside other Senior Residential Officers to support the Registered Manager in ensuring we deliver a high-quality service that meets CQC and Care standards in line with our own internal policies and practices. Your responsibilities will include creating support plans and conducting risk assessments with the Service User, ensuring least restrictive options are always implemented.

- Work alongside other Senior Residential Officers to support the Registered Manager.

We are looking for a Senior Residential Services Officer who has a successful track record working in a social care setting and has the confidence and skill set to lead a team. You will need to be a strong team player, able to mentor others and enable them to deliver the highest standards of care in line with the latest CQC requirements. You will also need to role-model our core values to colleagues, showing patience, empathy and compassion, empowering people to be as independent and maximise their wellbeing.
