Accommodation Services Coordinator

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Services Officer to join our team at West Street, providing temporary accommodation for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized support, empowering individuals to develop essential life skills and achieve a fulfilling, independent life outside of our service.
You'll work closely with our residents, understanding their unique needs and strengths, and tailoring your support to promote their independence and well-being. This will involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as eating, drinking, and personal care, as well as supporting communication and medication management.

As this is a 24/7 service, you'll be required to work a shift pattern to respond to the demands of the service. Your working pattern will include working every other weekend and a variety of shifts, including early, late, sleep-in shifts, and bank holidays, for which enhancements will be paid.
