About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team at Strive Supply Chain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving existing relationships across top-tier accounts, maximizing current order potential, and developing further business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with the tech support team to develop product solutions and lead negotiations to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in key account sales development from any sector
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Motivated by delivering on sales plans and targets, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
