Job Description:
Priory is seeking a Senior Behavioural Specialist to lead the implementation and delivery of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services in designated regions and sites. This role involves providing supervision, leadership, and support to PBS Practitioners, delivering training, and holding a formal qualification in PBS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and deliver PBS services for designated regions and sites.
  • Provide supervision, leadership, and support to PBS Practitioners.
  • Enable site teams to implement positive approaches that improve wellbeing and quality of life.
  • Deliver PROACT-SCIPr-UK training across the region.

Requirements:
  • Formal qualification in PBS.
  • Direct experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or Autism and Challenging Behaviour.
  • Experience conducting behavioural assessments and developing interventions.
  • History of delivering PBS training.
