We are currently seeking a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a school environment.


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing support for learners both in and out of the classroom
  • Remaining calm and objective when presented with challenging behaviour
  • Assisting with maintaining a safe and positive environment throughout the school
  • Being alert to any safeguarding or pastoral concerns
  • Helping classroom teachers to deliver a first-class education
  • Understanding SEND, primarily Autism and ADHD
