Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generalist HR Business Partner to join our team at Next Employment Ltd. As a trusted advisor to our people leaders and employees, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Relationships

Establish and maintain positive relationships with functional leadership teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Embed People Strategy

Develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring operational excellence in all people practices.

Advise and Support Leaders

Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders and employees on people policies, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

Lead Talent Acquisition and Management

Lead recruitment, compensation, and displacement activities to ensure a robust talent pipeline, and support leaders in assessing skills and development needs of emerging leaders.

Embed a High-Performance Culture

Work with functional leadership teams to embed a high-performance culture, and lead transformation and change management activities as needed.

Support Employee Engagement

Provide support on employee engagement activities arising from annual organizational health check surveys, and provide subject matter expertise on people initiatives aligned to business priorities.

Requirements

  • Background in Insurance, Finance, or Professional Services
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
