Finance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic and profitable business. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and working closely with operational teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts to the finance director and senior management team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Maintain a fixed asset register and ensure compliance with corporation tax and R&D tax credit regulations.
  • Provide financial information to auditors and tax advisers to ensure timely completion of corporation tax returns and payment of corporation tax.
  • Organise and submit annual R&D tax claims within filing deadlines.
About the Role:

This is a broad and hands-on role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Finance Manager, you will be considered as a succession plan for the Finance Director and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and growing business.
