About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Enhanced Access Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Clinical Leadership & Development Manager to coordinate and support the Enhanced Access service.
Key Responsibilities
As an Enhanced Access Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, organization, and oversight of the PCN Enhanced Access Service. This will include working with member practices to develop processes that ensure delivery of service requirements that meet the needs of our Primary Care Network and ensures compliance with the Network Contract DES.
You will also support the PCN Clinical Leadership & Development Manager to formulate the future roadmap and goal setting of the service to create a first-class service that supports demand and ensures patient experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working in Primary Care, preferably in a GP practice. You will also need to have a working knowledge of EMIS and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
