We are seeking an experienced Senior New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the London New Homes market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the developer by being the face of the marketing suite and providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Conduct viewings of properties and build relationships with clients.
  • Generate potential sales leads and work closely with the marketing team to drive sales activity.
  • Manage the customer through the purchasing journey and deliver 5* customer service throughout.
