Job Title: Head of Counterparty Credit Risk Management

Citi is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Counterparty Credit Risk Management team. As a key member of our Institutional Credit Management (ICM) function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk management strategies to ensure the integrity of our wholesale credit business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement credit risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses
  • Lead a team of credit risk professionals to analyze and evaluate credit risk exposures
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures
  • Provide credit risk guidance and support to business teams
  • Monitor and report on credit risk performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in financial services and risk management
  • Significant risk/risk-related counterparty credit work experience in banking/financial institutions
  • Experience in people management
  • Strong knowledge of derivatives and structured lending
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
